To help protect our people, patients and communities, we are screening everyone who enters our main hospital buildings. Some of our entrances may be closed or have reduced access.

Seniors Health and Wellness

All entrances, except for 30 Bond St., are accessible. Once in the hospital, there is seating near elevator banks in all Cardinal Carter lobbies.

You can talk to your health care provider to arrange for help with disabilities. For example, TTY telephone units for the hearing impaired are available at the hospital. You can request a TTY unit when you arrive at the hospital.

If you have a service animal, it is welcome to come with you to appointments. If you will be admitted to the hospital, please contact the pre-admission or nursing unit in advance. We will make every effort to ensure you have access to your service animal. However, there may be some instances where other plans need to be made.
