Research Activities
I am a family physician with public health and epidemiology training. My primary research interests are the delivery of primary health care services (including an examination of primary care reform models); equity in health care delivery for disadvantaged urban populations; and the application of geographic methods in health research. My roles, as core scientist in the Centre for Research on Inner City Health at St. Michael's Hospital, as senior scientist and chair of the Primary Care and Population Health Program at ICES and as family physician, bring a wealth of information and research collaboration to the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute.
