Nikon Upright E800 Microscope

The microscope has 100W mercury light source, Nikon Plan Fluor lenses with phase contrast, differential interference contrast (DIC) and polarized light capabilities. Filter cubes for standard wavelength fluorescence observation are available.

The motorized X/Y/Z stage is interchangeable with a manual X/Y stage. Image capture is with a Nikon DXM1200 color digital camera using Act-1 software.
