Leica TCS SL Confocal Microscope

Leica ConfocalThe Leica confocal system is attached to an inverted DM IRE2 microscope with a fully motorized focus, filter block and lens turret. The system also has fiber optic coupled transmitted light imaging capabilities, with phase and DIC optics. Three-channel, alignment free AOTF confocal scan head with highly sensitive spectral detection system in the range of 400-800 nm.

LeicaConfocal Software includes operator configurable user interface, excitation within preselected ROIs, spectral unmixing, lambda scan, volume rendering, animations, FRAP, FRET, FLIP wizards, colocalization analysis.

Temperature controlled chamber including heating insert for Petri dishes, temperature control unit.
