Patient Centeredness Indicators
St. Michael’s wants to make sure that every patient who walks through our doors receives the best possible care. But more than that, we also want patients to have a good experience during their stay at St. Michael’s. We regularly survey our patients to learn what they think about all aspects of their stay with us. This data is used to constantly improve our services. The surveys include dozens of questions but the province requires that we report on two – patient satisfaction and whether or not a patient would recommend the hospital to friends and family.
