Pharmacy

Services: Direct Patient Care

Our pharmacists are fully integrated members of the patient care team, working to optimize patient care by identifying, preventing and resolving drug related problems. We provide care for both inpatients and outpatients.

Our pharmacists also promote the safe and effective use of medication through medication education and counselling, initial and on-going patient assessments, medication interviews. We also assist in the development of tools to support best practice in medication usage, including drug administration, drug use guidelines and protocols.
