Steps to Less™ Zumba Program
Steps to Less™ Zumba program is available to hospital staff, volunteers and the public. It is led by our dynamic fitness instructor, Lara Kelly, from Train by Trina Fitness Company.
The next Zumba program will run for six consecutive weeks at one hour intervals. All classes are geared to the participants in each class.
Program Description
Working out is a party! Zumba has been characterized best as "exercise in disguise", because that's just what it is! Come bust a move, break a sweat, shake your booty, laugh, discover the unique inner rhythm of your body's movement. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class combining moves from Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Soca, and the music ranges anywhere from Brazilian Funk to Merengue Hip Hop to North American dance-pop! The only rule is to move it and have fun!
When: The next 6 week program will run from May 24th – June 30th, 2011 on:
- Tuesdays: 5 - 6 p.m.
- Thursdays: 5 - 6 p.m.
Where: Onsite at St. Michael’s
Cost: Receive 10 per cent off the following prices if you register before May 18th, 2011
- 2 classes per week (12 classes): $160
- 1 class per week (6 classes): $85
- 10 class punch card: $135
Note: Program Fees are Payroll Deductible for St. Michael's Hospital staff
