Steps to Less™ Body Blast BootCamp

Steps to Less™ is now offering Body Blast BootCamp, to all hospital staff, volunteers and the public; thanks to the services of Leila Tumbas from Fit Body BootCamp.
Each program runs for 6 consecutive weeks (except on holidays) for one hour intervals. All classes are geared to the participants in each class.
Program Description
The Steps to Less ™ Body Blast BootCamp program involves a combination of strength training exercises (i.e. push ups, sit ups, bench dips, squats, lunges, planks, weight training) and cardiovascular exercises (i.e. jogging, jumping jacks, burpees). The program is designed to take into account different levels of fitness and physical limitations (i.e. past injuries), which means that anybody can join and reap the benefits! The goal of the program is to help you gradually build up your fitness level and help you burn fat while developing strength and endurance that can be used in every day life!

A new Body Blast BootCamp program begins every 6 weeks. The next program begins September 20th, 2010 and will run on:
Please note that there will not be a class on Monday, October 11th (Thanksgiving holiday). Please see the schedules listed above for details.

Onsite at St. Michael’s Hospital
Cost:
- 2 sessions per week (12 classes): $ 225.00 (plus HST)
- 10 class punch card: $190.00 (plus HST)
Note: punch cards can be used for any Body Blast BootCamp Class within the 6 week program (valid until November 1st, 2010). Just bring your card to class and the instructor will “punch” it for you!
