Steps to Less™ Slim Down BootCamp

Steps to Less™ is now offering Slim Down BootCamp, to all hospital staff, volunteers and the public; thanks to the services of Trina Lambe from Train by Trina Fitness Company.
Each program runs for 6 consecutive weeks (except on holidays) for one hour intervals. All classes are geared to the participants in each class.
Program Description
The Steps to Less™ Slim Down BootCamp program involves a combination of strength training exercises (i.e. push ups, sit ups, bench dips, squats, lunges, planks, weight training) and cardiovascular exercises (i.e. jogging, jumping jacks, burpees). The program is designed to take into account different levels of fitness and physical limitations (i.e. past injuries), which means that anybody can join and reap the benefits! The goal of the program is to help you gradually improve your fitness level while you burn fat and develop strength and endurance that can be used in every day life.

Please note that there will not be a class on Thursday, November 4th or Monday, November 8th (St. Michael’s Hospital Staff Holiday). Please see the schedules listed above for details.

Onsite at St. Michael’s Hospital
Cost:
- 2 sessions per week (12 classes): $ 160.00
- 1 session per week (6 classes): $85.00
- 10 class punch card: $135.00
Sign up for 2 sessions/week and receive a FREE 10 class punch card for the Steps to Less™ Total Body Sculpting program and Yoga program.
Note: Program Fees are Payroll Deductible and can be made in installments.
