Collection Instructions: Collect random urine Sample in a sterile container. Please provide age, gender and clinical history to facilitate interpretation of analytical findings and recommendation of further testing or consultation. Write your initials, date and time of collection on the collection label or requisition.

Laboratory Staff Instructions: Store and send refrigerated.

Rejection Criteria: Leaking, unlabeled or Not Sufficient Quantity Samples will be rejected.

Stability: Stable for 1 day Refrigerated and frozen: Over 1 day.

Transportation: Send sample to core lab as soon as possible.
