Diagnostic Laboratories

If you're interested in having St. Michael's Hospital undertake the diagnostic tests or services for your study, please complete our study request form.

All studies need to be registered with our laboratory. We require a copy of your study protocol, REB Approval and a copy of the completed study request form.
