St. Michael’s Kidney Transplant Program began in 1969. It is one of the largest adult kidney transplant programs in Canada. There are approximately 1700 patients being actively followed in our post-transplant ambulatory clinic. We receive referrals from more than 30 dialysis centres and kidney clinics in the Greater Toronto Area.
