Do you want to quit smoking? We are here to help!
Our Smoking Cessation Clinic provides therapy and support to help you “butt out”!
What services are provided in the Smoking Cessation Clinic?
- Individual counselling
You will meet with a member of our team every 2 to 4 weeks until you meet your goal. You may see a doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse, pharmacist or addictions counsellor.
- Cost-free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
You may get a nicotine patch, also known as nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). You do not have to pay for the patch. They are provided by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) through the Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients (STOP) study.
Our Program is located at the Health Centre at 80 Bond but you can talk to your team members at your clinic if you are interested in quitting smoking.
How to make an appointment
For individual counseling, ask your doctor or nurse for a referral to the smoking cessation clinic or call our central number to make an appointment to speak with one of our nurses. 416-867-7426
