Are you or a family member struggling with addictions? We can help.

Here is what we offer:

  • Short term counselling (about 6 sessions)
  • Motivational and skills-based addiction groups
  • Referral to treatment programs and other resources
  • Assessments to facilitate entry into treatment
  • Home visiting
  • Help with appointments
  • Co-ordinating care with other community providers

We also offer programs for:

  • People who want to quit smoking
  • People addicted to opiates
  • Pregnant women with substance dependencies

How to get help

To make an appointment with a counsellor, please speak with your doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner or call our call centre at 416-867-7426 and ask to make an appointment with one of our addictions counsellors.
