Managing diabetes, and its associated problems, can be challenging for the more than 3 million Canadians who live with the disease.
A research team at Toronto's St. Michael's Hospital created this short, animated video to help Canadians understand and take control of their diabetes management. The video takes a look at hypoglycemia for people with insulin-treated diabetes and it is the second in a series of educational videos about diabetes.
