Television Rentals
Television Services are provided by Hospitality Network. A portion of revenue from rental services are returned to St. Michael’s Hospital and reinvested in patient care.
For information on renting a television, turn the television on in the patient room and follow the directions or visit the Hospitality Network website.
Phone Rentals
Bedside phones are available for a flat fee of $10 for up to 30 days. Palliative care patients are exempt from local telephone charges. Payment can be made in person.

Local calls can be made from inside the Hospital by dialing 89, the area code (416, 905, or 647) and the phone number.
Long-distance calling cards can be purchased from the Bell Canada vending machines in the Queen and Cardinal Carter lobbies.
Pay phones are located at the Queen and Cardinal Carter lobbies and at various locations throughout the Hospital.
