St. Michael's president and CEO appears on The Agenda

Toronto, January 22, 2013

Dr. Bob Howard was one of four hospital CEOs who appeared on The Agenda with Steve Paikin on Monday night.

Dr. Howard and the other heads of Toronto’s largest hospitals – Dr. Bob Bell of University Health Network, Dr. Barry McLellan, of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Mary Jo Haddad of The Hospital for Sick Children – spoke candidly about how hospitals are run, what challenges they face and what role they play in the push for health care reform.

The guests were asked directed questions about the changing health care landscape including how to continue providing the best care with tightening budgets, what role technology is playing and why collaboration and innovation is so important.

The Agenda is a daily current affairs show offering in-depth analysis and debate on issues of concern in the rapidly changing world around us.
