“We are proud and honoured to be a part of the St. Michael’s team,” said Tom Iannacchino, regional manager for parking management firm ImPark. “We look forward to a long and successful relationship with the Hospital.”

Impark hosted a ribbon cutting at the gate and customer appreciation event in the lobby of the LKSKI offering free coffee and doughnuts to users of the service. Hospital President and CEO Bob Howard did the honours and officially opened the garage to the community when he cut the bright red ribbon.

“The parking lot is bright, beautiful, covered and offers great value,” said vice president of planning Rob Fox. “It’s convenient for visitors and patients coming to the Hospital, it’s also close to great Toronto restaurants, shopping and theatre and the Hospital receives revenue from every patron.”

The lot is open 24 hours, seven days a week with 150 prime downtown spaces. It also offers competitive rates compared to other lots in the neighbourhood. Staff can take advantage of early bird rates ($12 daily rate) if they arrive before 9 a.m. and leave before 6 p.m. The entrance is located on Victoria Street on the western side of the building. Parking inquiries should go to the lot manager Andy Mondello at 416-369-1801 ext. 261.
