FLOOR PLANS

The Keenan Research Centre will increase the amount of available research space while bringing our research community together in one physical location. The 271,293 square foot, nine-storey building will be built to maximize flexibility. Each floor will be built to accommodate either wet or dry bench research and will easily scale as research programs grow and as people move through the building.

The Li Ka Shing International Healthcare Education Centre will house the Centre for Faculty Development, the FitzGerald Academy, a Simulation Centre, and a Media Laboratory. This 67,073 square foot, nine storey facility will provide much needed teaching space for a growing number of trainees and meet the demand for decentralized medical education. and increased collaboration.

The typical Lab Floor template consists of numerous laboratory bench stations throughout the Keenan Research Centre, accompanied by affiliated offices and education space in the Li Ka Shing International Healthcare Education Centre.
