Information Access and Privacy Office
The information access and privacy office at St. Michael’s hospital manages and processes access to information requests under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). The office also maintains a privacy program to help ensure that personal health information and other personal information held by the hospital are safeguarded at St. Michael’s.
