About Us

Performance Indicators - Staff Commitment

Our staff bring our unique culture of caring to life. We believe it is important to survey our people to make sure we are meeting their needs. If we provide the best possible work environment, our people can give our patients the best possible care.

Interpretation

The results of our 2006 staff survey show that the majority of our staff are more committed than the national average to their hospital. Our staff tell us they are glad they chose to work at St. Michael's Hospital and that it inspires the best in them.
