Performance Indicators - Physician Commitment

St. Michael's Hospital is known as a provider of excellent health care, and we believe this is only possible because of the staff, doctors and students who work here every day. We believe that it is important to survey our people to make sure that we are providing them with the best possible work environment.

Interpretation

The results of our 2006 staff survey show that the majority of our doctors are more committed than the national average to their hospital. Our doctors tell us they are glad they chose to work at St. Michael's Hospital and that it inspires the best in them.
