Hospital Performance

Performance Indicators

Results for several indicators follow this key:

Significantly better than comparator At or better than comparator Worse than comparator Significantly worse than comparator
Technical definitions

A comparator allows us to measure our rates against a standard. Comparators differ for each set of data. Where possible, we report our performance in relation to national, provincial and/or teaching hospital targets or averages.

About Using Performance Indicators

These performance indicators are not meant to give medical advice or guarantee the Hospital's services. It is always a good idea to talk with your doctor about your treatment and about which hospital may be best for your care.
