H1N1 Update

For visitors and those with routine out-patient appointments

  • People who have symptoms of flu or respiratory illness should contact their healthcare provider or call TeleHealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000. Symptoms include cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, body aches, fatigue, vomiting and/or diarrhea
  • For information about H1N1, call the ServiceOntario INFOline at: 1-800-476-9708 (8am-8pm) or go to the Public Health Agency of Canada website.
  • If you have a routine out-patient appointment and are experiencing symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please do not visit a patient or accompany a patient to the hospital if you are suffering from any of the flu-like symptoms.
