Creating the Best Simulation Centre in Canada

The Simulation Centre provides an opportunity for hands-on experience prior to the patient encounter, and may ultimately improve patient safety.

In appreciation of the fantastic care Allan Waters received at St. Michael's Hospital during his life, Mrs. Marjorie Waters and her family wanted to give back. They are recognizing the late Allan Waters with a $5 million gift to create two facilities within the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute: an auditorium and an expanded simulation centre.
