Locker Assignment

  • The hospital will aim to provide you with a temporary locker to accommodate your stay while you are on rotation/placement.  Space is limited in the hospital, and we will accommodate as many students as possible.
  • This locker is only yours for the duration of your rotation/placement with the hospital.
  • Locker space is limited therefore lockers must be cleared and emptied of all contents on the day rotation/placements end.
  • Note that Nursing students will need to provide their own lock.
  • Failure to agree to the any of the above will result in Security Services documenting and removing all of the contents and disposing of any materials found within the locker the day after your rotation/placement ends.  Note:  You will remain responsible for any loss or inconveniences that you will experience.  The hospital will not replace and or reimburse you any monies.

General Surgery and Anaesthesia medical residents are asked to contact Rose Cabacungan, ext. 5901 (Main O.R. Desk / 5 Cardinal Carter N) for OR locker access.
