Doing Business With Us

St. Michael's Hospital provides catering services for events within the hospital, including pick-up service for external events. Catering for special celebrations, luncheons, dinners, receptions, and coffee service are all available, with accommodations for individual items and menu formats.

Ordering

We need advance notice as follows:

Coffee service - one working day
Luncheons, Dinners, Receptions - three working days

A surcharge of 10 per cent will be added to orders not placed within the specified time frame.

Delivery

Your catering will be delivered to any area of the hospital and all serviceware will be picked up at the completion of the function. We appreciate the return of all serviceware (china, coffee pots, etc.) Any missing items will be charged back to the person ordering the catering.

Billing

Monthly bills will come to you from the OutPatient Account Department and are payable upon receipt. Taxes are in addition to the prices listed in the menu package. Ontario Sales tax of 8% and Goods & Services tax of 7% will be charged. Prices are current and subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

If your plans change or you have to cancel, let us know early enough so we can make appropriate adjustments and avoid billing you.
